"It puts the lotion on its back, it does this when ever it is told, or else it gets the hose". Do not watch this movie if you ever wanna sleep again, it won all those awards and it deserved it. Jodie Foster overacted by underacting but other than that you will love it.

Amazing movie. See it now.

My favorite horror movie of all time. The writing is spot on. Anthony Hopkins and Jodie Foster are brilliant, of course, but Ted Levine's performance as Buffalo Bill is really terrifying.

Amazing, this is actually on the list of best movies of all time. And it deserves it, Sir Anthony Hopkins made this movie and with Jodie Foster and all the actors it really made movie history. Unfortunately it's predecessors didn't give it the same justice.

Reliving the movie by reading the script.

This movie is so good, my favourite in it would have to be buffalo bill. My favourite scenes are the ones with him in and ted levine has such a great bassy voice. This script isn't totally correct though, which is a shame. Really good movie, but I'm not too keen on the bits with lecter and starling.

I love this movie so much, it's honestly the all time best movie I've ever seen. This script isn't actually entirely correct. It starts with Clarice running through the forest in training, so I hope nobody is let down once they see the film.. I love this movie so much and I watch it every day I possibly can, insane, right?

I just finished watching this movie and it was great. One of my favorite parts were the final phone call, the "Love the suit" quip, and the recalling of the lambs. Anthony Hopkins was great in this movie. Hannibal Lector is just such an amazing character. The escape scene was really gruesome, coming from this calm, controlled man. The ending was chilling. You both feel sorry for Chilton and feel he deserves it at the same time. You know what's coming, and the sinister line "I do wish I could chat longer but I'm... Having an old friend for dinner..." added to the suspense.

What a film. This script varies from the movie one, but is no way inferior. the rapport between Lecter and Clarice is fantastic. Hopkins and Foster are simply brilliant and I agree with missa, Ted Levine as Buffalo Bill is excellent. See it again and again.

Unfortunately it's not a film I can view many times without eventually getting bored, but the upside is that it's excellent as a one- time experience. Tony Hopkins is at his best and the chemistry between him and Jodie Foster is deliciously fitting. I love the idea of the whole story and think that Ted Levine gives such a realistically dark performance as "Buffalo Bill". Hannibal Lecter is one of the greatest, most iconic movie villains in cinematic history all thanks to Sir Anthony Hopkins dedicated acting.

Loved it- didn't scare me, but was psychologically very, very interesting.

The Silence of the Lambs is a great and classic movie. Honestly, I really didn't think that it required any prequels to dust off the past of Hannibal Lecter. And it's terrible that there's a new television show coming up called "Hannibal." Hopkins was unquestionably terrific.

Sir Anthony was brilliant, Scott Glen/Glen Scott(I always get his name backwards) was great, Jody Foster was great and Ted Levine was amazingly creepy and frightening. Anthony Meald as Dr. Chilton was great too. At the end you can't help but feel happy for a villain getting his revenge on his tormentor.

Pallab Pran (9 out of 10 )
Haven't seen it until now and had heard a lot of it, but anyway, the script had a gripping narrative, was solidly structured. Was riveted throughout the 3 hours in which I read it. Disturbing and amazing.
